(1) Within thirty days of the end of the period for submission of letters of intent according to rule 7, the authority shall evaluate the received letters of intent according to rule 8 and select the letters of intent that are deemed suitable and prepare a short list of them.
(2) In accordance with sub-rule (1), the authority may seek the assistance of relevant subject matter experts if deemed necessary while evaluating the proposal.
(3) According to sub-rule (1), within three days of the preparation of the short list, the authority shall inform the proposer who submitted the letter of intent included in such list in writing.
